I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee booth placement and that my space is confirmed only after WWVAR approval. I agree to comply with event rules, setup requirements, and vendor terms once finalized. If I serve food or beverages, I understand that all soft drinks and bottled water must use products authorized under the event's exclusive beverage contract.

Automatic confirmation

The vendor will receive a confirmation email when the application is successfully submitted.

WWVAR notification

WWVAR will receive the completed application for review.

Website publishing

After approval, the vendor profile can automatically appear on the Vendors page in signup order.
